Scope
This notice covers the public website, demo-request form, account-request form, and demonstration experience.
Information entered
Public forms ask for business contact and organization information. They must never contain patient data, clinical information, results, identifiers, or medical documents.
Current test behavior
The current public forms validate and confirm information in the browser but do not send it to a live lead-delivery service. Demo portal data is local test data and must not be treated as production data.
Production requirements
Before launch, Smart Medical must document the production data controller, legal basis, retention period, recipients, storage locations, user rights, contact route, and all backend processors actually used.
Security boundary
The interface demonstrates role-aware UX. Production authentication, authorization, tenancy, encryption, logging, backup, and incident controls require backend and infrastructure implementation and verification.
